• Make weekly meeting agendas

• Conduct weekly meetings

• Gather 2014 graduate information

• Keep timeline of events for Strategic Plan/Yearbook

• Represent organization at campus events

• Present at Business Lecture Series

• Perform new member orientation

• Conduct Officer training

• Write message for newsletters

Vice President of Competitions: Becky Howard

• Award of Excellence Competition “Yearbook”

• Make sure to comply with all competition requirements

• Supervise Clark Johnson Achievement Award, Manuscript Competition, Case Competition, and Scholarship applications (Make sure there are submissions)

Vice President of Public Relations: Dylan Berry

• Put PR publications in the C-SC Spotlight, Megaphone, & local newspapers

• Gather write-ups from all events

• Gather PR information as it is released

• Take pictures at all events – If you cannot attend you are responsible for finding someone to take pictures at the event

Vice President of Communications: Grant Thompson

• Complete bi-monthly newsletters (May 2014 – April 2015)

• Check the IMA website for most recent newsletter requirements

• Present monthly newsletters at meeting and share via email and post on MyCulver

Vice President of Technology: Dylan Berry

• Update website for competition year (2013 – 2014)

• Check the IMA website for the most recent requirements for the website

Treasurer: Olivia Stuedle

• Organize/Coordinate all fundraising activities

• Document all fundraising data in spreadsheets

• Handle all deposits and withdraws from the IMA account

• Create budget for Award of Excellence submittals with Dr. Janney

Secretary: Samantha Olsen

• Create weekly minutes from meeting based on agenda

• Upload minutes and Action Items list on Angel

 

Every Officer is required to do the following:

• Attend weekly meetings

• Save all their write-ups, documents, photos, etc. and send to the President

• Join the National Organization (www.imanet.org) stumem2513  - $25.00

• Attend Parent Chapter meetings
